THOMASBORO -- Gun sales are through the roof. With a possible ban in the near future, people are stocking up while they can.

But a gun shop owner is turning customers away. He's nearly sold out of every gun.

Now all he can do is wait, because manufacturers are backed up across the country. The line starts at ron's gun and knife shop in the morning.

They all want to be the first ones to check in with the owner, to see if anything new has come in.

But owner Ron Raup says he's down 400 guns. What would normally take a few days to ship is now taking weeks.

Not only that, people are coming into ron's store- buying an AR 15 which usually sells for around $800.00 then turning around and selling them online for $2,000.

Customers know the guns are in high demand, but Raup isn't having it.

"It's completely not even human to do something like that. Just to benefit from something that happened, just to make money off of it. I didn't raise the price of my stuff just because of it. I wouldn't do that," owner Ron Raup said.

Raup says he's trying to put an end to the re-sale of his guns. Now he says he's only selling to people he knows won't turn around and sell his guns for double the price.

Raup says people from michigan to California have been calling his shop to see if he's got anything new. He says he has a waiting list of 100 people.

From here on out all he can do is wait.
