Decatur man acquitted of murder charges

SPRINGFIELD -- A Decatur man charged in a deadly shooting was found guilty of a lesser crime. A jury convicted Ronald Hill of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. He was accused of killing Tyrone Harris in Springfield about 4 years ago. He was acquitted on murder, robbery and kidnapping charges. Hill will be sentenced in March.
