Firefighters rescue seven people from apartment balcony

CHAMPAIGN -- Investigators said a fire on Sunday morning started in the living room of a third floor apartment. They are still trying to find out what caused the fire.

CHAMPAIGN -- Firefighters rescued people from their balconies after a fire at a Champaign apartment complex. It happened around 5 AM on Sunday morning on the 2400 block of High View Court.

Investigators said they found fire and smoke coming out of the balcony of a third floor apartment. No one was hurt. But the fire caused about $100,000 in damage.
