CHAMPAIGN -- People with disabilities spent the night focusing on independence. Tonight was their monthly Speak Out meeting at the Champaign Public Library.  It is apart of Community Choices.  People with disabilities come together to talk about different topics like independent living and family relationships.  It's a place where they can meet others and learn to speak up for themselves.

One of the decisions people love to make is where to eat for Friday dinners.  They get to go once a month.
