DECATUR -- After more than 100 years of business, a landmark is closing it's doors. Carpenter's Union 724 was shut down yesterday morning.

It came as a shock to members and employees. In order to cut costs, nine union offices were closed in central Illinois.

They're going to be consolidated into three. Those locations will be in Champaign, Springfield and Peoria.

Employees and members will be moved to those locations.
