DANVILLE -- The Vermilion County Emergency Management Agency is in need of a new building.  The director says where they are now is now bad shape.  Problems include a leaky roof, rotted windows and an unreliable sewer system.  He says it stops them from planning training sessions and keeping equipment there.  That is why he hopes FEMA will let them move to a new location.  They've been on Georgetown Road for about five years.
