I-74 crash victim identified

DANVILLE -- We now know the name of a man killed in a car crash along I-74.

The Vermilion County coroner says 44-year-old Steven Cosand died at the scene Friday night.

The crash happened near the Bowman Avenue exit. Police say he was driving east, lost control and veered into the westbound lane.

Police say he hit a tractor trailer and was ejected. The coroner says he Cosand was from Rantoul, but living in Indianapolis.
