Report: Cubit named Illini Offensive Coordinator

ESPN Chicago is reporting former Western Michigan Head Coach Bill Cubit will be named the new Illini football offensive coordinator. Former Co-Offensive Coordinator Chris Beatty was fired Saturday. The University says it can't announce a hiring until the process is completed. It takes a minimum of one week.
