CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- Thursday is the last day homeowners can opt of out a utility program.
Champaign and Urbana are already part of the electrical aggregation program. Voters in other areas across central Illinois approved it last November. It lets communities buy electricity in bulk. The program could save families around $20 a month.
If you don't want to take part - there's a mailer you'll have to send back.
