Man shot girlfriend in murder-suicide

CHAMPAIGN -- Police released new information about who pulled the trigger in a double shooting on Monday.

Investigators said Jason Woods shot Emily Davis at the home they shared on Honeysuckle Lane. Police said after that, Woods shot himself. The pair had been dating for about a year. Both died from gunshot wounds.
