Police search for gunman

SPRINGFIELD -- Police need help finding a gunman. The shooting happened two weeks ago on December 16th around 9:30pm.
Police say 27-year old Henry Joiner was outside an apartment, #32 Brandon. He was shot and killed. Investigators say there were no witnesses.
