Butter 440 grams
Chocolate 406 grams (378 g dark of your choosing and 28 g of Germans)
Eggs 4 whole and 4 yolks
Dark Brown Sugar 428 grams
Confectioners Sugar 144 grams
Sugar 30 grams
Corn Syrup 3 tablespoons
Vanilla 2 tablespoons
Salt 5 grams and more at the end sprinkled over the top
Flour 224 grams
Melt the butter and Chocolate.
Beat eggs lightly and add the sugars, syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Mix just till blended and add the melted butter and chocolate. Mix
just until blended and add the flour. Put a handful of bacon into the
mix and stir.
Pour onto a well greased half sheet. Add as much bacon as you like to the top and bake at 300 for 30 - 35 minutes.
Let cool completely. Then put them in the fridge for a couple
hours. After they come out of the fridge they are easy to remove from
the pan and to cut.
