SPRINGFIELD -- Gun control advocates out of Chicago are hoping to make internet gun sales a little safer.

They're targeting armslist.com. They filed a lawsuit to hold them more accountable. They say these guns can easily end up in the wrong hands. A gun rights supporter says he agrees with them, but wonders if it'll actually make a difference.

"Even though I'm not pro gun control per se. I think internet gun sales should be regulated obviously. But tightening down, just how do you do that?" said Dan McGuire.

The lawsuit surfaced after a man bought a gun from the website and used it to kill a woman in Chicago last year.
