Two people stabbed

CHARLESTON -- A man is charged with stabbing two people in the throat last night.  

21 year old Blackie Veach is charged with attempted first degree murder and aggravated battery.  

Police say he attacked two people in along West Locust Street just after 9 p.m.  

Both victims were taken to the hospital.  Police say they expect them both survive the attack.
