Lights out at JDC

SPRINGFIELD -- The Jacksonville Developmental Center is turning off its lights. The facility was shut down for good last month. Now, the state is planning to cut its power supply. All of its residents have since been moved out and into group homes. The city says its not sure what'll happen to the building.
