SPRINGFIELD -- The Illinois Supreme Court is siding with Governor Quinn when it comes to closing two maximum security prisons. It lifted an injunction that was blocking him from shutting down Tamms and Dwight prisons. AFSCME filed the lawsuit and says it's disappointed in the court's decision. Governor Quinn says the move will help save the state millions of dollars.
