Elementary school to get makeover

A Danville Elementary school will get a makeover.

We're talking about East Park elementary. Wednesday, the school board agreed to renovate the entire school for 12.5 million dollars.

A brand new cafeteria and kitchen will be added.

The school district has just over 8-million dollars from selling bonds and they're paying the rest in cash. The Superintendant says the project will cost less than first thought.
