Girl celebrates golden birthday on 12-12-12

RANTOUL -- A Paxton girl is celebrating her golden birthday on 12-12-12.  Kenzie Loy turned 12 today.  She celebrated tonight with family at Hardy's Reindeer Ranch and also had a party over the weekend.  She says having her birthday today is special but the best part was the presents.
