U.S. Senator heading back to DC

SPRINGFIELD -- U.S. Senator Mark Kirk will join the rest of Congress this January. He suffered a stroke earlier this year.

He had to undergo major surgery and rehabilitation. He's had a long road to recovery, but his staff says he's ready to get back to work.
