CNN -- After five infant deaths and reports of more than 70 falls, the government is pushing to stop the sales of a popular baby recliner. More than 100,000 Nap Nanny and Nap Nanny Chill Recliners have been sold by Baby Matters since 2009.

Now, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has filed a complaint against the company. It wants a court order requiring the company to notify the public about the defect and offer full refunds.
