MATTOON -- Police are releasing more information about a suspect wanted in an armed robbery. It happened in the early morning hours of last Tuesday at the Quality Inn on Paradise Road.
Authorities say the suspect showed the clerk a gun and took money. Investigators say it was a white man, about 5'8", slim build, in his late teens or early 20's. He was wearing dark clothes and had his face covered.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers. You can remain anonymous and may earn a cash reward.
