"Flagman" receives his own honor

CHAMPAIGN -- The "Flag Man" is heading to the Capital to be honored for his service. Larry Eckhardt left for Washington D.C. Wednesday. 

The Patriot Guard escorted him to the Indiana border. They had a group of cars and motorcycles decorated with flags. Eckhardt has put up more than 2,000 flags during military funerals, welcome homes and honor flights.
