Man says can't pay bills; steals electronics

DECATUR -- A man is accused of stealing more than a dozen tablets over the course of two months. Edwin Sharp worked at Kohl's at Hickory Point Mall.

He told police he stole more than $4,000 in electronics because he wasn't making enough to pay his bills. He now faces felony theft charges.
