Town considers Walldog art

RANTOUL -- One group hopes to bring the Walldogs to town. The traveling artists who paint murals in small towns around America are just the thing officials here want.

It's an effort to boost the community and the economy. The Walldogs have painted in Arcola and Danville the past few years. Local businesses say it would help put the city "on the map."

It's not a done deal. The group just wanted to put the idea out there to see if residents can business owners are interested in the project.
