Foot chase follows shots fired

CHAMPAIGN -- Police arrested a man who led them on a foot chase. Officers heard shots fired in the 500-block of Highland early Sunday morning.
They saw a man running from the scene. They found Rynell Frazier a block away. Police say he was carrying marijuana.
They says they also found a gun in the driveway where Frazier was found hiding. He faces multiple charges including resisting arrest and unlawful use of weapons.
