LOGAN COUNTY -- A defense attorney wants a murder trial moved to a different location. Christopher Harris, 33, is accused of killing five members of the Gee-Constant family inside their Beason home in 2009. He faces more than 50 murder-related charges.

Monday his attorney, Daniel Fultz of Springfield, filed a motion to have the trial moved. He believes extensive media coverage will result in an unfair trial. Fultz also believes people have formed their own conclusions about the case.

A hearing is set for January 14. Fultz doesn't have a specific location he prefers to have the trial.
