Suspect using stolen credit card

CHAMPAIGN -- Police are investigating the theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. It happened October 20. The victim says the last time she had her credit card was at Dollar Tree.
Since then, it's been used to make purchases at Exxon Mobil, Footlocker, JC Penney, Gordman's and Best Buy. The suspect is a black male whose image was found on surveillance video.
