Man sentenced on child porno charges

CHARLESTON -- A man avoids jail time after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. Robert Lewis was sentenced to four years probation. He faced up to 7 years in prison.

The 54-year-old also has to get a mental health evaluation and sex offender counseling. Lewis admitted to downloading a video of two underage boys engaged in sexual acts.
