URBANA -- After months of controversy, a hotel is about to reopen. The Landmark Hotel is back in business Saturday.

Thursday the owner was interviewing potential workers. Two years ago, he bought the hotel and decided to fix it up.

The city is helping pay for renovations up to $1.4 million. Only 45 rooms will be ready Saturday. The rate is $75 per night.
