HARRISTOWN -- Fire nearly destroys a house in Macon County. Crews were called to a home in the 700-block of South Moyer Road.

Residents heard a clicking sound near the water heater closet. When they opened it, smoke and flames erupted. One used a fire extinguisher while the other called 911. Four fire departments responded.
