Woman pleads guilty to sexual abuse charges

DECATUR -- A woman who admitted to having a sexual relationship with a teenager will serve two years probation. Robin Vogel pleaded guilty to criminal sexual abuse and child endangerment charges.

The 23-year-old was arrested in August. As part of her plea agreement, she'll serve probation and register as a sex offender.
