CHAMPAIGN -- Spend five bucks at a downtown business, get free parking. Sounds like a good deal,  right?

If you spend $5.00 or more at any business or restaurant downtown, you get four hours free parking in the Hill Street parking deck.

It's to support downtown businesses. The deal lasts through December.
