Another lawmaker in legal trouble

CHICAGO -- Another state lawmaker is in hot water with the Feds. Representative Lashawn Ford (D-Chicago) faces 17 charges, including eight counts of bank fraud and nine counts of submitting false information.

He's accused of getting hundreds of thousands of dollars illegally and lying about what he was doing with the money. Each charge carries up to 30 years in prison and $1 million fine.
