CHAMPAIGN -- Some students are getting a unique lesson in science and sales. 5th graders at Booker T. Washington created their own skin-care line.

The school used grant money and partnered with UI to make it possible. Kids are working with a chemical engineer to mix up shower gel this week.

Later, students will make a business plan and sell their line at Lincoln Square Mall. Wednesday, they made a special "Channel 3" blend for us.
