WAPELLA -- A family is doing what they can to make a little girl's Christmas wish come true even though they've never met her. They found Emily Marquez's letter to Santa Claus in one of their farm fields tied to a balloon. Now they're trying to find her so they can help Santa get what's on her list.

"Dear Santa Claus, please bring Emily Marquz one doll, a cash register, also a Barbie car with all the dolls like Barbie and Ken," said Brooke Cooper. "This is just the cutest thing I've ever seen."

The letter is from Emily Marquez. She wrote it to Kris Kringle but it never made it to the North Pole.

"It landed in our field. I kind of feel like it was meant for us to at least try," said Cooper.

Even if they don't find her, "It kind of renews your spirit in Christmas and what it's about. Nothing says Christmas like a little girl's belief in Santa," said Cooper.

If you know anything about the letter or Emily, you can connect with Brooke here.
