CHAMPAIGN -- City leaders are outlining things they want in a new City Manager. Some of the ideas are unique.

Of course, they're looking for someone with experience in public administration and a financial background; also, someone with experience working with a big university.

But, they're throwing around a few other ideas like someone who is personable and has a sense of humor. Council members will discuss qualifications at a meeting Tuesday night.
