MAROA -- Electronics may have been the motive in the death of a man. Douglas Taylor and Terris Warnsley are charged in the death of Justin Mentzer.

He was found dead in the 200-block of East Washington Street Monday. Court documents state Taylor and Warnsley admit to plotting the murder for three weeks in an effort to steal a PlayStation 3 and a computer.

Authorities say Mentzer was beaten and stabbed until he gave the suspects the password to his laptop. Investigators say the men took turns stabbing him. Police say the pair planned on selling the electronics.
