SAVOY -- A Champaign woman is no longer allowed on UI property after a strange encounter with police. The incident happened Wednesday afternoon at Willard Airport.

Police say the 63-year-old brought her dog inside. Her pet started growling at people.

When police asked why she was there, they say she claimed to work for the Secret Service. She also told them she was waiting for a plane to arrive with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on board.
