Gaming machines paying out for local communities

SPRINGFIELD -- During the first full month video gaming machines were in operation in Illinois, state government made nearly a half a million dollars in tax revenue. Video machines brought the state more than $346,000 in October. Local communities earned more than $70,000 in tax revenue.
