CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- Final election numbers are officially in. One race in particular saw a slight change in Champaign County, the race for the 13th Congressional District.

Democrat David Gill gained about 200 votes thanks to late-arriving ballots. He still lost to republican Rodney Davis by more than 1,000. The Champaign County clerk says it's likely Davis also gained late votes in counties that went republican.
