2 flee scene after car crashes

CHAMPAIGN -- Police are investigating a domestic incident. It happened near Washington and Prospect about 4:15 pm, Tuesday.
Officials say two people fled the scene when their car crashed into a front yard. It's a Cadillac without license plates. The incident is still under investigation.
