ILLINOIS -- State police will pay special attention to disability parking spaces starting on Black Friday. They'll crack down on people who are illegally parked at malls during the holiday shopping season.

Those who illegally use a disability license plate face up to $500 fine and a 30-day suspension of their driver's license. Those who park without a placard or disability license plate can be fined up to $350.
