Buy your Christmas gifts from the Capitol

SPRINGFIELD -- Just in time for the holiday season, the state treasurer is offering up unique gifts straight from the Capitol. Dan Rutherford is holding his unclaimed property auction next week.

Nearly 19,000 items will be up for bid. Items include a platinum diamond ring, an autographed copy of Mickey Mantle's book, and for music lovers, a Beatles guitar pin.

The auction starts Monday November 26, and runs through the 30. If you want to look at the items ahead of time, click here.
