NORMAL -- There's a growing movement where people are drastically cutting their grocery bills. They're surviving on what they find in the trash. They're called "Freegans."

Every week, these ISU students visit grocery store dumpsters. On this trip, they found plenty of produce, like spinach and potatoes. They take it home, clean it and eventually eat it.

Freegans aren't saying everyone should dumpster dive, but they are trying to make a point. They don't want to see food go to waste. In case you're wondering, they all say they've never gotten sick from anything they've found in the trash.
