TOULON -- A mom is found tentatively fit to stand trial. Kendra Meaker is accused of abandoning her 3-week old baby and lying to police. Her newborn was found in a ditch in September.

Police say Meaker first claimed her child was missing prompting an Amber Alert. Later that day, a couple found the baby. Meaker is due back in court at the end of the month.
