Its a Thanksgiving tradition for most families.  Another holiday tradition is putting up the Christmas lights.  There are several places in Central Illinois where you can see the lights.  Effingham and Lake Shelbyville to name a few.  And if you're traveling west during the holidays you'll want to visit The Lights of the Ozarks.  ciLiving Contributor Rebecca Jeffrey has more.
