URBANA -- It was all hands on deck Saturday. People at the American Legion put together care packages for troops. The boxes will be shipped all around the world. They're filled with snacks, Christmas decorations and a lot more, all to bring a piece of home to wherever they may be.

"Just to know that these guys get to open a package and see M&Ms that were purchased from Walmart. They know it's from home, and that's what it's all about," organizer Joann Brown said.

The boxes will be sent to troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Italy and Germany.
