SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Quinn is calling out Jesse Jackson, Jr. He says the congressman has some explaining to do.

Jackson was just released from the Mayo Clinic. He's been treated there twice for bi-polar disorder.

Jackson is also under investigation for misusing campaign funds. He was reelected last week, but his office hasn't said if he'll return to D.C. Quinn says, either way, Jackson needs to open up and tell voters what's been going on.
