Council to consider levy in light of falling values

CHAMPAIGN -- The city council wants to adopt the same tax levy as last year, but property values are expected to drop about 1.5%.

Members will discuss options at Monday night's meeting. The community is invited to weigh in. The meeting is in the city council chambers at 7:00 pm.
