Local "green" recognitions

URBANA -- Some area colleges and local businesses are being honored for Going Green. The UI, Danville Area Community College and Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield received the Illinois Campus Sustainability Compact Awards.

Flex-n-Gate became a first-time winner of the Governor's Sustainability Award. It was one of 21 companies in the state to win.
